Product Returns
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, customers may return products within 14 calendar days from receiving them, without being required to justify their decision.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, without signs of wear, washing or damage.
Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned products.
