Conditions for Accepting Returns

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered:

  • no stains, odors or signs of use

  • no damage or tears

  • with the tags intact, as much as possible

  • with the composition label attached

  • without pet hair

Products that cannot be resold as new may be refused for return.
